Scone Attempt #1

喜愛下午茶的人必定對司康餅不陌生。
我不只愛下午茶,還愛所有和茶掛上邊的糕餅,所以就想嘗試做一做茶味的司康餅。
從網上抄來食譜,伯爵司康餅是做出來了但味道沒有想像中好。
搜索了無數無數的司康餅食譜,每個人都有每個人的做法,看來是還要好好實驗一番了。

另外,親手做了才知道原來做司康餅是要非常溫柔以對,餅的質感才會蓬鬆。
所以下次吃到好吃的,就知道廚房裡的師傅有多麼柔情了 XD

轉自BBC Good Food,

1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Add self raising flour (250g), leaves out of a tea bag, pinch of salt and butter (55g) in a bowl – then rub until they resemble bread crumbs
3. Mix in sugar (25g), pour in almost all milk (150ml) until a dough forms
4. Turn the dough out into lightly floured surface and cut into scone shapes
5. Glaze scones with leftover milk
6. Bake for 10-15 minutes
