磚塊吐司

TOAST
自從媽媽在曼谷吃了After You,便一心想要自己做他們的招牌日本吐司
在前幾天我從曼谷帶回來給她吃之後,她忽然開竅認定吐司的主要成分就是我們平常所用的麵包
啊哈其實上網搜就可以查證,只是我們一直都沒去看
我們用了平時常做的材料,只是把麵團放進四方盒子裡烘成磚塊形狀:

150g 1 egg + water
100g fresh milk
100g rose flour
300g bread flour
1tsp salt
4tbsp sugar
2.5tsp yeast
1tbsp milk powder
50g butter

*salt + yeast 盡量分開
**發酵後放入溫度175C的烘爐, 20分鐘

至於磚塊吐司的部分,等麵包做好了再把麵包切成塊狀
把麵包塗滿牛油,牛油部分可以添加蜜糖、糖、香草精華液,再烤一次
美味的吐司就成形了!

對做麵包這件事情越來越上手,喜歡看著它從有到無
自己親手做的麵包吃在口裡感覺還真踏實!
